Amy and Adam were married at St Paul’s Church in Seahouses, Northumberland, followed by their reception at the fantastic, bold and romantic Newton Hall.
Amy had her bridal prep at her mum and dad’s house and also at a salon in the village. She was quite nervous as she got ready but she need not have worried as she looked breath-taking in her beautiful dress. Her wedding flowers were made of silk and were bright orange and peachy cream colours.
Adam and the boys got ready just around the corner from the church so they strolled over to meet the guests. Amy and the bridesmaids arrived at the church in a fabulous vintage black and cream car. Adam was already in position at the altar to greet Amy as she walked down the aisle with her super proud father. The service was lovely and we sang some hymns which I always love doing! Amy and Adam were lucky the rain held off and we managed to get some lovely family pics at the church then we all headed off to Newton Hall.
The approach up to Newton Hall is fabulous so you can see the bridal car coming up the curved road and stopping at the high steps in front of the building. Amy and Adam were full of smiles as they climbed out of the car and we captured some lovely images in front of the car and house. The main part of Newton Hall has some fabulous pieces of art that create a brilliant backdrop. There is a beautiful staircase and huge mirror on the landing that is fantastic for images that are a little bit different. The main reception room was decorated to perfection. The guests were entertained at their tables by Paul Lytton, an amazing magician from the north east who we have seen perform several times. The guests loved him and they were in awe of his tricks. The speeches were funny and heart-warming, showing the love between family and friends. The evening continued with Adam and Amy having their first dance surrounded in an ice mist, it was magical.
They had a truly unforgettable wedding day.
